What the Manufacturer Warranty Covers

• Material defects in shingles, membranes, underlayment, and flashing components
• Premature aging, cracking, curling, or granule loss under normal weather conditions
• Wind damage coverage up to 130 mph on qualifying shingle products
• Algae-resistance protection on algae-guard shingle lines
• Full material replacement at no cost during the coverage period

What the Workmanship Warranty Covers

• Leaks or water intrusion caused by improper flashing, sealing, or ventilation
• Nail pops, lifted shingles, or seam separations resulting from installation
• Underlayment or ice-and-water shield failures due to workmanship
• All labor and material costs for warranty repairs at zero charge to you
• Transferable coverage — warranty passes to new owners if you sell your home

What the Repair Warranty Covers

• The repaired area for 1–3 years depending on the scope of work performed
• Return service visits at no charge if the same issue reoccurs
• Replacement materials and labor for the warranted repair
